Delivery
We aim to dispatch your dreamgenii® order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of the order being placed.
Please allow 3-4 days for delivery (UK Mainland only). All of our deliveries require a signature upon delivery to confirm that you have received the goods. If you ask us to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, you accept that, once the courier has left a card with you or through your letterbox, that the goods have been safely delivered and belong to you.
Our deliveries are made between 9-5pm Monday to Friday. If you are not at home to receive the parcel, please give an alternative delivery address if possible at time of order
